1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CIRAL Studio APIs. By using our services, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Services Provided

CIRAL Studio provides defensive APIs that:

• validate external data before use (DataUsabilityVerdict),
• verify payloads before database writes (WriteVerdict),
• assess deployment safety (DeployVerdict),
• compare e-commerce products (ProductMatch),
• and other data validation services.

APIs are accessed via RapidAPI and are subject to RapidAPI's terms of service.

3. Access to Services

Services are accessible via RapidAPI subscription. Free tiers are available with limited request quotas. Paid plans offer higher quotas and rate limits.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• use services in compliance with applicable laws,
• not abuse services or automate excessive requests,
• not use services for illegal or harmful purposes,
• respect rate limits and quotas of their subscription plan.

5. Publisher Liability

CIRAL Studio strives to provide stable and reliable services but cannot be held responsible for:

• service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues,
• incomplete or inaccurate results due to technical limitations,
• decisions made based on API verdicts,
• non-compliant use of services by users.

6. API Verdicts Disclaimer

API verdicts are recommendations based on the data provided. They do not constitute guarantees. Users are responsible for final decisions in their systems. CIRAL Studio APIs are tools, not decision-makers.

7. Personal Data
